All customer/user data is strictly protected and accessible only to employees who require it to perform their duties. All employees of INOVACIONI CENTAR FAKULTETA ORGANIZACIONIH NAUKA DOO BEOGRAD (and business partners) are responsible for adhering to the principles of privacy protection.
When entering payment card information, confidential data is transmitted over the public network in a secure (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, which are currently the most advanced cryptographic technologies. The security of data during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, ensuring that the entire payment process takes place on the bank's pages. At no point are payment card details accessible to our system.
In the event of a product return and a refund to a customer who has previously paid with a payment card, either partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, INOVACIONI CENTAR FAKULTETA ORGANIZACIONIH NAUKA DOO BEOGRAD is obligated to process the refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex, and Dina payment methods. This means that the bank will process the refund to the cardholder’s account at the seller’s request.
When registering for participation in the RMERC 2025 conference through the online store, the user completes an electronic registration process. Upon successful registration and payment of the conference fee, the user will receive a confirmation email. There is no physical delivery of goods, as the service pertains to event registration only. The user's account will be charged a one-time fee during the registration process via the credit/debit card. All prices are listed in RSD, and the final amount may be subject to additional fees or charges imposed by the payment provider (e.g., the user's bank).
Participation in RMERC 2025 is available to users from all countries, except in cases where applicable legal
regulations, international sanctions, or other regulatory restrictions prohibit such participation. The
organizer reserves the right to refuse registration to users from countries or regions subject to restrictions
under relevant laws and international regulations.
Participants are responsible for informing themselves of any local laws or regulations that may affect their
ability to make electronic purchases or attend international conferences. The organizer is not liable for any
limitations on access to services resulting from the user's local legal or regulatory environment.
The merchant is obliged to clearly and unambiguously present the complaint policy on the e-commerce platform –
including conditions related to payment, fees, refunds, and/or service cancellation, with a detailed description
of the procedure in the event of a complaint.
Since registration for RMERC 2025 constitutes the purchase of a digital service (conference participation), the
refund and cancellation policy is as follows:
VAT is included in the price and there are no hidden charges.
An additional charge of €15 will be applied on the top of the registration amount due to the bank processing
costs.
Please note that the final amount may be subject to additional fees or conversion charges imposed by the
participant’s bank or payment provider, and it is beyond our responsibility.
The organizers have made every effort to offer flexible and convenient payment methods that best serve all
conference participants. We kindly ask for the understanding of international participants, as payment in RSD
(Serbian dinar) is the most practical and efficient option for all parties.
In both payment options, apart from the charges being listed here, no additional hidden charges
apply.
